Cinematic VFX: Lightning Elemental Transformation on Rain-Soaked Rooftop

A young man (adult, lean build, short dark hair, modern black clothing, soaked by rain, terrified but determined expression) transforms into a living lightning elemental, veins illuminating beneath the skin, electricity arcing between his fingers, his body breaking apart into streaks of white-blue plasma, then reforming as a humanoid storm figure that sprints forward as pure electricity and explodes upward in a giant thunder column, in the middle of a futuristic rooftop skyline (skyscrapers, neon signs, antennas, heavy rain, reflective surfaces, distant city traffic below) (ultra-cinematic VFX, handheld-to-stabilized transition, rapid push-ins, whip pans following electrical motion, high-contrast wet night lighting, intense white-blue flashes, neon magenta reflections, rain streaks, electric smoke and a high-voltage epic atmosphere)
