Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mysocialprompt.com (“MySocialPrompt”, “we”, “us”), a social network for sharing prompts for AI-generated images and video. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MySocialPrompt.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google, Facebook or X. Give accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or pick a username that misleads others.
• Tell us through the contact page if you think your account was compromised.

2. What you share

You keep the rights you hold in the prompts, images, videos and comments you publish. By publishing them on MySocialPrompt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example resize, compress or add a watermark to images) and distribute that content on MySocialPrompt and in its promotion, for as long as it stays on the site.

Content you publish is public. Other members can view, copy and reuse prompts: that is the point of the network. Do not publish anything you are not willing to share.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you share, and that it does not break these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to publish or do anything that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or image rights;
• sexualises minors in any way, or is pornographic;
• harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against people or groups;
• depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, degrading or deceptive way without their consent;
• is spam, a scam, malware, or misleading promotion;
• reveals someone’s private information;
• attempts to break, overload or scrape the service, bypass its limits or access other accounts, except through the public API within its terms.

Members can report content and accounts. We may review, hide or remove content, and warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Comments may be screened automatically before they appear.

4. AI-generated content

Prompts and the images they produce are shared for inspiration. Results depend on the AI model and its provider, and may differ from the examples shown. When you use a prompt with a third-party AI service, that service’s own terms apply. Prompts imported from other communities are credited to their original authors where known.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on MySocialPrompt infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with a link to the content and details of your claim. We will review it promptly and remove the content where appropriate.

6. Our service

MySocialPrompt is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the site, and we are not responsible for content published by members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using MySocialPrompt at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we will let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use MySocialPrompt after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of your country of residence.
