Cinematic Fantasy Portrait: Elf Woman & Baby Dragon in Victorian Ballroom

Scene Description: A high-budget fantasy period drama inside a grand, opulent 19th-century ballroom filled with dancing couples in formal Victorian attire.
Main Character: A striking, ethereal elf-like woman with pale blonde short bob hair, subtle pointed ears, striking luminous green eyes, and delicate facial freckles. She wears an elaborate, high-collared black velvet and gold-embroidered gown with dramatic puffed sleeves.

Action & Progression:
- 00:00 - 00:05: The camera focuses on the woman dancing gracefully amidst a crowd of aristocrat onlookers. Suddenly, a tiny, adorable baby dragon with iridescent, multi-colored pastel scales emerges from underneath the heavy folds of her long skirt, peeking out curiously at the wooden floor.

- 00:06 - 00:15: Surrounding dancers gasp and step back in astonishment. The woman gracefully kneels down, scoops the miniature dragon onto her armored sleeve, and gazes lovingly at it before lifting her arm toward a massive crystal chandelier overhead.
- 00:16 - 00:28: The baby dragon playfully breathes a tiny stream of bright orange fire onto the candles of the grand chandelier, lighting them up one by one. The woman smiles tenderly, cradling the tiny creature close to her chest as the scene resolves in a warm, magical atmosphere.

Style & Aesthetics: Cinematic framing, shallow depth of field, rich warm lighting reflecting off crystal and gold accents, photorealistic fantasy visual effects, 4k resolution, dramatic period-piece color grading.
